Intensive Direct One to One Services

Our Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) intensive direct one to one services are designed to teach your child by breaking down skills into smaller units/steps. Scaffolding, a skill building strategy, is utilized to provide closely guided support as your child progresses towards skill mastery. Our Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program includes Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior (VB), and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).

Our Program will focus on:

Language and communication
Pre-academic skills (i.e. reading, writing, and math)
Adaptive skills
Play and leisure skills
Social skills
Attending and social referencing
Coping and frustration tolerance
Reduction of interfering or inappropriate behavior
Fine and gross motor skills

CentrePoint Counseling Center Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will:

Assess your child’s current level
Conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)
Design an ABA curriculum specifically to meet the needs of your child
Provide you with a comprehensive report and recommendations
Oversee ABA curriculum and behavior program
Provide supervision for Behavioral Therapist
Provide direct supervision on a biweekly basis
Conduct Parent training
Analyze data
Modify programs as your child progresses

CentrePoint Counseling Center Trained Behavioral Therapist will:

Work directly one on one with your child
Implement ABA curriculum and behavioral protocols
Record data
Meet with Behavior Analyst and parents on a regular basis

Direct Services are available in your home, school, community, and in our center. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will discuss all options with you and recommend the best option for your child.
